Can't boot unless clear CMOS on a Crosshair V Formula-Z

This has been happening for about 2 months now and I'm not able to boot up my system without clearing the CMOS. I have looked at other forums and didn't get much help from there. My PSU, Which is a CX750m, that has worked perfectly in other builds. Idk what to do and this has been restricting me from OVERCLOCKING my 8350 and my 970. I'm contemplating weather or not to get another motherboard from Asus again.

Build:
Fx-8350
Msi-970 GAMING 4G
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
2x4 Geil Veloce ram
1tb Seagate Barracuda
Corsair H100i
All tucked up in a H440

Thanks again for any who respond

Hi StarkLax and Welcome to ROG

Many things can cause your issue and prevent a proper boot , from incorrect or corrupted Bios settings to component hardware failure.
Most common are:
1. Dead or dying Bios battery. Try replacing
2. Bios settings. Check all settings including your time and date stamp. Update or reflash your Bios using Flashback port.
3. Failing PSU (Checked to be good)

Should the above fail to resolve the issue, then configure the system to a minimalist state, checking qcodes as you add components.
Try with just 1 DIMM and test your DIMMs. (use Memtest86)
Try these things first and please report back.
