C5F-Z what is q-table code 05?

Guys..I'm having an issue here...I'm having 05 code on the motherboard q-table...Last time it happened when i shut dawn my PC and 2 days ago...The system is not in OC...To the contrary...I have turbo disabled in bios as well as C1E and Cool&Quiet but EPU in auto and pretty much everything on Auto.

When this code happens...I can't do anything but reset my system via reset button...and goes to normal until a few days will pass making the same thing over...

Does anyone know why this code? Did someone else had it?
I don't even see it in the book. Can someone confirm that?
If there's anything that i need to add in providing more info about the system, I'll say...for now is what came my mind

Do you use Internet Explorer by any chance - but I have no idea why this is happening. I am going to ask someone who is more likely to be able to debug a mini-dump for you.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I am using Google Chrome...Are you saying this might be internet related?..Never used Internet Explorer on this new configuration.

If I understood correctly when you get the 05 code the system is entirely frozen, correct?

If that is the case there is no chance of memory dump file being created.

05 has 2 definitions, one involves the SEC phase so since that code shows up while the system is running it should be an indication of S5 state (power off). This suggests a power issue. I suggest checking all power cables and trying a different PSU (or even a different wall socket could be dirty power related/voltage drop/etc).

This PSU i have has 2 x 12v rails...Would that be an issue here?...I also have a device in the wall...kind of like "Kill a Watt" device that measures everything about power...Could that be another issue?...If not..What should I look for in the measurement for me to post it here?

Dual or tripple v12 rails are not an issue. Most PSUs that split v12 do it for safety reasons.

The Kill a Watt device could be your culprit yes, try removing it.

Well you can check voltages if they are reported within proper limits (even check them directly with a multimeter on the board if you know what you're doing) BUT that unfortunaly that would tell you absolutely nothing it the PSU does not deliver "clean" power or if you have dirty power from the wall socket. Your best bet is trying another PSU entirely to rule it out. Try removing the intermediate device from the socket first though.

I will remove the "kill a watt" device from the wall socket since i don't have a device to measure directly on the PCB and will return once i get an error or to post the success...I do hope is only from the device since i do not have the many yet to change my PSU again...I thought a PSU with 2x12v and 30amps each would be enough for what i have in the system(see sig)...BTW, The device i have is Voltcraft Energy Logger 4000 .

Okey...had another 05 code on the pcb...Again, it happened when i hit the "Shut down" button...I had no "kill a watt" device in the wall...It just goes normal through shut down but the tower stays open afterwards...only the monitor is in standby...Pressing the keyboard will do nothing, mouse nothing...only a clean RESET button will work.
I was running only multiple internet pages...

I will change my Bios to 1503 and see how that's going...
I just wish i'd know what is causing this 05 code, but i doubt is the PSU or wall power socket related...I wold have this code every time witch is not the case here.

Could it be the bottleneck i have with the GPU?...I am planning in buying an Asus GTX660 GPU or GTX760...Should i reconsider in buying an Amd GPU?
Or maybe is the RAM...they are not in QVL in the manual.

No you would not have this code every time if it was power related and it's most likely power related.

No kind of bottleneck can cause anything like that.

Test your RAM with Memtest86+ using the guide in HiVizMan's signature. If it passes then your RAM is fine and it doesn't matter if it's in the QVL or not.

Let me see if I understand this. You use the shut down button? As in the OS based shut down? Or you use the power button and hold it for a count of 4 to power down?

Moving on - if possible please swap out your PSU. Other than that I am uncertain how to proceed here. Could it be your CPU yes, as your CPU does manage some of the power down states but it is not that likely. If it is easier to swap out your CPU than a PSU then please try that.

Had another 05 code with the new 1503 Bios installed a few days ago...

For me it's not optional to change my hardware right now as i invested a lot of money in a very short time for my income...

I just used the memtest86+ but my ram is seen as 320Mhz Cas 1-3-3-3 DDR2...For the period i let it run is more than 5h, but i ESC cause it just takes to much time...Is that normal?...I used a 1Gb Stick USB 2.0
