Hello syaoran7li
The first thing I would try is swapping out the ripjaws x ram for ripjaws z, ripjaws z was designed specifically for the x79 platform.

OK are you overclocking anything?
If you don't think it's the ram then you could try stripping down your pc to a bare minimum of components, disconnect all drives except 1 ssd with your operating system, 1 gpu and 1 stick of ram.
If it runs ok with no freezing/BSOD, add 1 component and test for a while, add another and test for a while. Keep adding one component at a time and testing. Doing this will tell you which component is causing the freezing/BSOD.

Thank you
The TomsHardware link is not opening but I read your ROG thread you started a while back and it seems it was working for a while when you disabled the asmedia ports, although that didn't seem to be a permanent fix.
Have you tried clearing the cmos or resetting the bios to defaults? If you are using XMP to set your ram, try setting it manually instead.
You can try removing your gpu and try with the other gpu.
You can try updating the bios.
I wish you had a stick of g.skill ripjaws z to try.
