Brand new Z490 F-Gaming reset bios after power off, CMOS battery rerplaced

Hi,

Newly built PC and every time I switch off the power, the computer starts up and after a few seconds shuts down again and reboot. Then I get this American Megatrend windows saying:

"Please enter setup to recover BIOS setting.
After setting up Intel(R) Optane Memory or the RAID configuration was built, SATA mode selection must be changed to RAID mode to avoid unknown issues.
Press F1 for intel default CPU settings (stock power limits)
Press F3 to unlock limits for increased performance.
You will proceed to the UEFI menu after this."

This happens ONLY when the power has been disconnected, otherwise everything works perfectly...
Don't have Optane or RAID

- Updated bios 2 times to 0707 then once to 0607 and back again to 0707
- Changed CMOS battery two times
- Reset CMOS settings with the jumper and removed battery

I have noticed that the clock doesn't reset when I switch off the power which means that the battery works, just that the settings resets when power is disconnected.

Am I missing something or is it maybe my motherboard that's needs to be replaced?
