Brand new X370-F Gaming not POSTing

I am having issues POSTing with the below brand new setup:

ROG Strix X370-F Gaming
2 x 8GB Kingston Hyper X Fury 16 GB HX424C15FB2K2/16 <Ryzen 5 1600

Observations after power on :
1. CPU fan turns.
2. Motherboard debug status LEDs light up erratically.
Sometimes DRAM -> CPU -> DRAM -> CPU (stops)
Sometimes DRAM -> CPU (stops)
Sometimes DRAM (stops)

No video, no sound (no MOBO speakers available)

Troubleshooting done:
1. The PSU outputs are OK, checked using a multi-meter.
2. Breadboarding my setup out of the chassis
3. Bios version : unable to check as unable to power up at all.
4. Used a single stick of RAM at all 4 DIMM slots.
5. Cleared CMOs a couple of times during trouble shooting

Unfortunately I do not have parts to swap out, so I do not know if it is the CPU/MOBO/RAM issue.

As it is really difficult for me to change the parts, I am hoping it is RAM compatibility issue and purchase replacements locally (I reside in Asia, and shipped the items in from Amazon US)

p.s. gif shows the both rams in the alternate position, but the same goes for the standard position.

Anyway fixed my issue by buying another set of G.SKILL 16GB F4-2400C15D-16GVR.
POSTs properly with GSKILL ram, set D.C.O.P settings to D.C.O.P 3 2400, and now can boot with HyperX rams.

However with the HyperX rams, the LED sequence goes DRAM->CPU->power reset->DRAM->CPU->VGA->BOOT.
I guess it is still not very stable but able to pass Memtest86+ at least once.

I left the information here, incase anyone encounters the same, seeing that no answers coming are coming from ASUS representatives.
Probably will avoid ASUS mainboards in the future.
