BIOS settings for FAST BOOT guide please?

Hi Everyone!

After I managed to fix the issue with the PCH fan thanks to the members who helped me instantly ( I am very much appreciate it ). I was wondering if I can ask one more thing regarding my BIOS settings.

So far I have installed windows 8.1 Pro and my BOOT time is around 34seconds, which I am a bit worry about that as my hardware is quite good.

CPU i7-3930k
Asus Rampage IV Extreme with up to date BIOS v4802
Kingston Beast 32GB RAM 1333MHz (I don't know why when I'm trying to O.C the rams to work on 2144MHz my PC freezes)
120GB Corsair 3 SSD ( I am planning to use this device as my main boot I don't know if it will be enough to install Windows 8.1 pro though )
256 Samsung 840 Pro SSD ( I was hoping to install this on my laptop as a boot device)
ASUS NVidia GTX760 2GB ( I am not a gamer so I'm happy with this GPU)
Corsair H80i (No Idea if I should upgrade my Hydro liquid cooling to a something better, if yes please could you suggest me?)
Coolermaster PSU Silent Pro 800w ( Is it enough power to handle big O.C? )

People on the forum says to install the windows 8.1 pro under UEFI. Which obviously I have no idea how to do that! Is there any guide to follow in order to install the windows 8.1 Pro under UEFI system?

I tried this guide but I didn't get through...
http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?30520-RAMPAGE-Windows-8-7-UEFI-Installation-Guide&country=&...

The reason I didn't get through this guide is that I never saw any Windows Boot Manager on my BIOS settings...

I saw this Fast Boot software which it tells can boost your boot to 2 seconds but I have no idea where to get it or is it a specific setting on the BIOS.

I tried most of the videos on youtube and forum tips but still... My booting time is 30+ which it makes me mad with this setup I have...

Please I would very much appreciate if you could give me a full tutorial on how to do everything from the beginning!

Windows 8.1 Pro installation under UEFI guide
Shall I make any partitions on the 120GB SSD or not worthy?
I have some more HDD's to work as storage. I just want to make this SSD worthy by booting fast to windows 😕

Thanks in advance!

if your windows is installed under legacy os system then it will take normal mechanical drive boot time. you need to install it in uefi to get complete advantage of ssd & fast boot feature.
here are the steps:
1. if you are using blank dvd/ usb flash drive for windows setup> you need to create a " UEFI BOOTABLE DEVICE".
follow this guide : http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/15458-uefi-bootable-usb-flash-drive-create-windows.html

2. after entering windows setup in uefi mode. after formatting the hard disk your "C drive" for example will show 4 separate partition. if it doesn't show something like that. then something had gone wrong.

3.after successfully installing you should get less than 10 sec boot time. if you don't then type "diskpart". open the program. type" list disk" without the quote. & post the screenshot.

Unlike Win7 Win8/8.1 needs no special preparation to install as UEFI other than if using a USB stick it needs to be formatted to FAT32. If the motherboard's UEFI is properly configured the operating system will install as UEFI.
