BIOS monitor shutting down

Hello!

I just installed this motherboard (Crosshair V Formula-z) and im having the following issue.

I get to the BIOS and everything works fine. However, specificly when I get to the tab MONITOR>VOLTAGES and move my mouse the machine instantly reboots. (both conditions must be met in order for this to happen, "at monitor>voltages screen" + "mouse movement". Since it only happens when I try to move my mouse, I can see all the voltages and they are fine.

is that instant reboot supposed to happen?

All LEDs on the MB are green (ok) when its running. I am able to install and boot windows normally.

I figured it out. Appearantly, the problem was me using the USB3.0 for my mouse and kb.

Anyway, is it normal?

USB3 is not default.

But no it is not ideal, I would strongly suggest a clear CMOS and then using a fat formatted USB stick and the BIOS utility EZflash2 - reflash your bios. I wonder if you might have some scrambled code in your bios.
