Hey guys I downloaded the file and updated through the desktop using ASUS Update and also changed my Bios LoGo and everything went smoothly restarted my machine and it will not boot past the LoGo until I go back into the Bios and select the Hard Drive and the override boot choice. why?

You need to fix boot device priority. Also I would suggest that you don't flash from Windows. Use either USB Flashback or EZ Flash from within the UEFI (which is very simple to use). Flashing from Windows is prone to issues.
