Does anyone have any opinions on this bios with a 1100T cpu. Will it work or will I have issues becasue it support the newer FX cpu's?

If your system is working fine then there is no reason to flash your bios. That is my honest and sincere advice.

If it is not broken do not fix it. 🙂
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

Well my system got more stable and my idle temps even lowered a bit.

System is running ok. I cannot figure out how to get past the 3.8 overclock as I see more people getting more I dont understand overclocking enough to get more with this cpu.

2 things there Wildman,
1) Turn off Auto Clocking (Set to Manual)
2) Set your CPU Multiplier at a higher number.

I hope this helps you for a starting point. I used this along with other things I've read here and I got my 965 Black from 3.4 all the way up to 4.01/4.03ghz...with almost no effort.

try 1.460v...I know on my Crosshair IV Formula when I started to overclock it it was at 1.46 instead of the 1.36 that it is rated for which surprised me! I have read a little bit about OC'ing the 1100T and most of it is the same as the 965...Great Choice there in CPU's BTW.

prime 95 about 46-48. But I only play BF3 and Skyrim. With that it only get 39c. I have a H60 Corsair cooler set up as stated blowing air in the case. 3 fans on the front for intake the 200 on the top for exhasut and the other 120 on the rear is exhaust. I also have the side fan blosing on the vid cards. Also inside the case is another fan in front of the middle intake fan speeding up the air flow across both cards. they are GTX 460SE'S. But will be changing them to GTX570 superclocked in SLI. I have 2 hdd in raid 0. But im going away from raid to 1 single hard drive to free up air flow in the case. The case is a Antec 1200 and the rome temp is usually 70F. The 46-48 is monitoring the cpu temp at the socket the cores are way lower.
