i'm running the 1090t @ 17 * 250 @ 1.5v
try 17*240 @ 1.5 v first.

HT link closest to 2ghz
NB link closest to 2.6 ghz

If needed because you have an unstable pc you can change your memory timing with +1 (CL, tRCD and tRP)

i'm using the H100
idle : 25C
stressed : 48C

I am a first timer, I've found Extreme Patience + Attention to Detail = GOOD RESULTS,

For ME, I've found the 1102 Bios to be extremely unstable with overclocks, with regards to cpu multiplier.
I switched back to 1003, I have this set at 4.1 GHz (210 PCIE/Bus) 19.5 Multiplier Running EXTREMELY stable core temps idle 10 , Under Load 27 (degrees Celcius) 29/37 Proccessor as a whole. Keeping in mind I want a 24/7 O.C. So Stability is key. (Should be for ALL overclocks. (core temps idle 7 degrees C overnight :D) I believe that this is a strong beginning to start crawling into all that "headroom" this puppy boasts.

My RAM works at 1866 again, which it didn't with 1003, so I'm happy. 1102 also seems to fix [some of] the USB issues.

I downloaded this latest BIOS version and system is unstable on 4GHz 1090T anymore 😞 sad me
Should I go back to the original BIOS or is there any better BIOS I should go to?

Each BIOS will bring its own unique set of features. Personally I tend to like one BIOS per motherboard and stick with that BIOS when I find it.

Do you recall which BIOS you were most comfortable with? Revert back to that BIOS.

I tried this bios. I warn stay away from crashed multiple times showing memory errors. Reverted back to the 0813 bios all stable and happy.

You mean "CPU bus" and not "PCIE bus", Right?
i have hard time to belive your idel temps. You probably use software that AMD has desing to show realistic load temps on each core.
Those softwares are know to show unrealistic idle temps of core.

How to know?
Your room temp needs to be ~5c* (i dont think yours are) that your system can run 7c* with normal air or water cooling.

Anyway you have nice load temps, did you put 100% load to all cores?
