Best Method To Flash Maximus IV Extreme-Z BIOS With BIOS Version 3304 ?

Hi,

Would anyone please be able to advise me on the best method to flash a Maximus IV Extreme-Z motherboard with BIOS version 3304?

I have not yet installed Windows 7 onto the PC hard drive as I am in the process of building the PC so I need the best and safest method that does not require use of a windows O/S.

Finally, before I flash with BIOS version 3304 is there a renowned best BIOS version for this board or is it always advisable to flash with the most recent version?

Thank you for the reply, I will use the EZ Flash 2 method as recommended in the guide.

I have one question that was not covered by the guide, is it best if I disconnect the SATA cable from the HDD when updating the BIOS or is that not required? Currently, there is no data on the HDD, it is waiting to have a Windows 7 installation after I have updated the BIOS.
