Warning Strix B450 Bios Version 1001 is bad

Do not update to the Version 1001, I just did and on reboots the system will not boot and hang on the white LED for ram fault, you need to clear cmos to boot. Thankfully you can go flash back to the previous bios. Nice one Asus.

x570 CH8 WiFi Bios

I am trying to update the bios to 0803. When I try to update using EZ Flash 3 utility within the BIOS from a flash drive, I get message saying this is not a bios file. Yes, the file is unzipped and the CAP file is on flash drive.
