Will a Z9PE-D8 WS fit in a Phantom Case?

i'm trying to research if a Z9PE-D8 WS will atculy fit in a NZXT Phantom Case. NZXT web site says only up to e-atx but in the case its marked up to a SSI EEB. so was curious if anyone knows for sure?
