How to flash to .cap Bios?

Hello.I will back on my old Bios, that run perfekt ! 1005, but is a .cap bios, and cant flash it.tryed Bios flash back, but not working.... and yes my USB is flash to FAT32.Know the file shall be named R4E.CapBut it still dont work any ideas?
