Prime Trx40-pro S - usb keep disconnecting and reconnecting

Prime trx40-pro SBios 1101If I plug external HDD (my hdd is 2tb) to rear usb ports (4 ports on top), The drive will keep disconnecting and reconnecting randomly. This problem happens to 4 ports on top only, the other ports are ok.

So I know there is the "Disable front panel popup dialog" option but when disable the popup it also makes the audio come through both my speakers and headphones which I don't think is the intended effect.Is there any way around this issue?
