1.5v or 1.6v RAM for the 4790K + z97-a?

i tried looking for the exact specs but could not find it anywhere.on my previous GA mobo the specs clearly noted : 4 x 1.5v (modules) but on the Z97-A there is nothing about the Ram Voltage.so what should i get, the 1.5v or the 1.6v?
