Rog Strix X570-E CPU Core Ratio

I have an Asus Rog Strix X570-E Gaming mobo, BIOS 3602, Ryzen 9 3900X. I want to set all cores at the same speed. I set thee Ai overclock tuner to manual but cannot get the CPU core ratio to move off manual - there are no options. Can anyone help?

Z390a Prime VRM fan

ROG Strix X570-E, using 2nd PCI-E x16 slot @x16

Hi,my GPU completely covers up the motherboard fan. So I thought I could move it to the second slot.Unfortunately it runs at x8 only. There is a M.2 SSD installed in M_1, however this shouldn't influence itsince it got a direct lane to the CPU right?...
