something is weird on my computer

i just finished playing bc2 and alt+tab back to my screen, my pc starts acting funny. the movement of my mouse become slower i can't click anything on my screen. It looks like freezing but I not so sure. No error code shown in the debug code

P5E3 Premium Wifi 400 strap divider problem

I'm on the 0803 bios and the memory dividers on the 400 strap aren't working right. The 2:3 divider reads right in the post screen, but when I get into windows CPUz show it as 3:5.
