0F4 BSOD

I have a 2500k OC'd to 4.8Ghz on a Gene-Z board. It passes 24 hours of Prime95 and 20 flops of IBT. While playing movies and streaming videos, I will get a BSOD 0F4 after it's been on for 24+ hours. What is causing this?

A light is flashing... am I okay?

My sata light is flashing, it's orange and flashing. Should I be worried? My pc randomly shuts off as well, already ordered new psu + new ram. Hoping replacing those will fix my problem.
