4 ram modules vs 2

Hi.. I cant really decide what ram to pick, I want tight timings for my 1100T but the only right timings I can find are 2x2GB modules, the 2x4 has slower timings..I thought about the Corsair XMS3 7-8-7-20 and run them at 1T. So here comes my question...

BIos twitches

When i first setup my system my mouse was working great in bios now it just twitches in the top left corner. Almost like there is a hair in the lens. Works fine in windows. Its a usb mouse and it does this in all ports. Secondly my keyboard wont work...
