Best bios for R4E and Triple 7970s?

I noticed a new 1101 BIOS on the Asus site for R4E. It is dated internally as 12/30/2011I was using the b005 bios dated 1/5/2012I am wondering which is the best bios for those of us running 32GB of Ram and Triple 7970s.
