Is the lenght between the two PCI lanes on the Maximus v Gene shorter than those of the P8Z77-V-PRO?

Meaning of AA on ASUS Rampage IV Extreme?

I have the ASUS Rampage IV Extreme and was wondering whether the lights and display on it are normal/correct.The two digit display in red always shows "AA", except for when it first came on (it showed the temperature I think). Is this correct?Thanks
