HELP Overclock + Clear CMOS = No Post

So today I tried to overclock my 3930k to 4ghz. I first tried using a manual vcore of 1.35v but after instability I decided to try auto. This set the vcore to about 1.38v at load but I was still unable to run LinX. I then decided to go back to stock....
