So i have this USB stick and a crosshair v formula which uses asmedia 3.0.The thing is, i have tried in the USB 3.0 slots and it maxxes out at 20MB/S, which is the same as the USB 2.0 slots!Is there something im not doing right here?Thanks in advance

The Maximus V Formula's Manual says that the motherboard has 10 screws to screw in, but one of the screws detailed in the manual is "behind" one of the Chipsets (Black heatsink with ASUS logo, next to PCI slots). Is it ok if I ignore this screw?
