Intel Raid on X79 (R4E) - easy question

Is the Intel RAID 10 , a RAID 0+1 (as the bios screen lists) or a RAID 1+0 (as I have seen other people call it) ? Not that there is a huge difference except the way it is nested.Anyone know for sure?
