Windows 8.1 drivers

Noticed Nvidia has 8.1 drivers out. Is there a big problem to install current windows 8 drivers for the motherboard and then upgrade to 8.1? I thought it was a service pack, not a huge difference for drivers. Thanks.

I'm experiencing that with VCCIO=1.00 (vs std 1.05) and VCCSA=0.900 (vs std 0.925) the OC capabilities improve (I can use slightly lower Vcore to get stable 4.7G on MVE i7-3770K DDR3-1866 XMP with lower overall temps).Any comments or similar experien...
