yes you can but it is only connected with pcie 3.0 x4. it will share the lines with the southbridge connected devices. there might by bandwidth limitations, but you have to test it out yourself. im in the moment only on one ssd. i recommend using as a second ssd, a pcie 3.0 x2 speed sdd to save the other x2 for the chipset. just make sure it supports nvme 1.3 and you are on the safe side.
