ASUS Z97 WS or DELUXE (NFC & WLC) for 24/7 Gaming HTPC?

I'm debating on building a 6x Raid5 HTPC that can game in 1080p with all settings at max on my 55" TV. I plan to build it in a Silverstone CW03 Premium HTPC Case. there is a few options I deemed a must is a Titan Black Reference Card for maxed out settings 1080p settings for minimum of 4 years. I also plan to use a HighPoint RocketRAID 2720SGL to raid5 6x Western Digital Red 6 TB NAS Hard Drives. I want use the array for large secured storage for the Ceton InfiniTV 6 PCIe - 6-channel Internal Cable TV Tuner for CableCARD to record too.

As for the foundation I'm not sure if I should go with a ASUS Z97 WS or DELUXE (NFC & WLC). so if anyone can recommend which would be best for a 24/7 Massive DVR with PC Gaming in Max Settings, it would be greatly appreciated.

on a side note since I encode video for my YouTube channels to do video reviews on my websites. should I go with a 32gb 1600MHz & Intel Core i7-4790K cooled by Silverstone's NT01-PRO & SUSCOOL81 for a mild Overclock. I will also use the SUSCOOL81 for 2x case intake and 2x case exhaust.

Thank You in Advanced for answering my very specific & unusual question, Alice

the upload thing is wierd, make sure all scripts are not blocked.

I dont know what the WS is but I really like the deluxe, so many features I havent even used yet. I didnt even install the AI software yet I am enjoying the wireless it provides. Its a good overclocker too. I'm already awating a Kraken x61 and a new case.

I am curious with planning to run a pc 24/7 recording tv on a raid5 on six 6tb drives with a mild overclock should I get a mainstream, or gaming, or overclocking, or workstation motherboard.

thanks in advance, Alice

No doubt, I would recommend the Z97-WS based on it's extensive hardware validation and server-grade components, since you want it to run at least 4 years on 24/7 recording . It also has a 3 year warranty and will overclock as well as any other Asus board. It also will support RAID arrays. Make sure to run the latest BIOS update, which as of right now is 1204. I love my WS.
