ASUS Z270-K M.2_2 not working

hi guys,

i bought z270-K and i wanted to run 6 GPU but my 2nd M.2_2 doesn't detect anything and it does not show up in BIOS as well just shows M.2_1
can anyone pls tell me how can i fix that?
