Asus Z10PA-D8 not boot

I have motherboard Z10PA-D8 new 100%
Ram DDR4 Micron 2x16 MTA36ASF2G72PZ-2G3B11K
Cpu E5-1660 v3

I put 1 cpu e5-1660 v3 on socket 1, put 1 stick ram on position A1 but green power led blinks continuously, not boot.

Do you know what's the problem with this motherboard ? This is the first time I use server motherboard therefore everything's very strange.
