Hello,

I bought a new computer recently
Here are the Specs:
Asus X79 Deluxe, Intel Core i7 4930K
G.SKILL Trident X Series 32GB (F3-2400C10Q-32GTX)
2x Evga GTX 780 Ti SC ACX

But the problem is that the system only detects 24GB and not 32Gb of ram.
I tried the memorys individually and all work fine.
I have updated the Bios and done the ASUS Mem OK! with no issues.
What can be the problem?

Thank you.

What speed do you have the memory set at? Have you tested each memory slot using one stick of memory?

At 2400Mhz and yes i have tested the memory individually with no problems.
The problem is when i put all together, only detects 24GB instead of 32GB.

Test the memory at 1333MHz or 1600MHz. If only 24GB is still detected remove the CPU and using a quality magnifying lens and a strong light inspect the socket for any bent pins.

I tested the memory in another computer and it turns out, one of the four memory ram is not working.
So im going send the memory to RMA.
Thank you for your cooperation.

is this the problem of binning the bits of memory that are giving errors because of weak imc? if you down clock the memory does it see all the memory then?
