Asus VII Hero and 4790K - increasing CPU Power Draw?

Hello everyone! First time poster here. I am a complete noob when it comes to overclocking, and thanks to these forums as I lurked quite a bit reading up on overclocking. Huge thanks to everyone that provides very helpful information 🙂

So here is my question. I am currently running an OC at 4.5/1.25v stable. I pretty much only set the multiplier and vcore, and changed nothing else in BIOS. I did notice on my Prime95 testing that Core Temp is showing a power draw of 67 watts under 100% load. I've seen screenshots on this forum of similar overclocks but their power draw is 120+ watts.

How can I increase the CPU power draw in the BIOS settings?

There is nothing you can do to increase the power draw.

120+ watts with a 88w TDP CPU doesn't sound realistic.
And monitoring via software is unreliable anyways.

Is not 88W TDP if CPU is stock and not OC'd? therefore when we OC we could go over it depending on OC clocks/voltage and what program is used to load CPU?

AFAIK Asus bios defaults for this aspect are ample for OC. From what I can make out your possibly asking about info as seen on page 97 of manual?
