I am currently using G.Skill Sniper 1866 C9 memory, 16gb with at 4790k. Nothing overclocked.

Does anyone know if I can use memory that can run faster than 1866?

Your board will support up to 3200 which has been tested with Avexir and G Skills. Hope this helps!
