I Have Always Problems with Transfer Rates on This Board and Don't Know, What's The Trigger 😤 I Suspect BIOS DIGI+ or SomeThing with PCIE Bus Settings. IDFK. I'm Not Sure How Much Can Windows Stored SSD Affect Transfer Rate on Other Drives but I Attach That Info Too. This Drives Me Crazy 🤯

MotherBoard - ASUS SaberTooth 990FX R2.0 (2901)
Processor - AMD FX 8350 (Default Modified Settings, Not OC)
RAM - 2 x 4GB 1333MHz (Mixed Brands)
Storage - Kingston A400 120GB
Health A400 (I Know...To ExChange)
Speed A400
First Example is My MicroSDXC Card (The Max Write Speed Should be 100MB's+ but Definitely Not 5-15MB's lol) (I Drag Always RAR Files or MP4)
Cards - SanDisk Extreme 128GB/256GB (Both React Same)
Card Reader & PCIE Card - Transcend HUB5C on InaTeck RedComets U21 (PCIE Card) (Newest FirmWare) (Correct Slots/No Sharing)
Second Example is Transcend ESD380C Portable SSD 1TB(Normal 2GB's Write Speed but Reduced To 700MB's on PCIE 2.0)
Even This Reduce It 400MB's 🤔 Weird.
