I Have AlWays Issues With Transfer Rates On This Board And Don't Know Why 😤 I Suspect BIOS DIGI+ Or SomeThing With PCI-E Bus Settings 🤔 I'm Not Sure, How Much Can Stored Windows On A SSD Affect Transfer Rates On Other Drives, But I Attach That Info Too. This Drives Me Crazy 😑🙄

MotherBoard - ASUS SaberTooth 990FX R2.0 (2901)
CPU - AMD FX-8350 (Default Modified Settings, Not OC)
RAM - 2x4GB 1333MHz (Mixed Brands)
SSD - Kingston A400 (120GB)
Health A400 (I Know,..To ExChange 😌)

First Example Is My MicroSDXC Card (The Max Write Speed Should Be 100MB's+, But Definitely Not 5-15 MB's lol 🤨) (I Drag AlWays RAR Files Or MP4 Only)
Cards - SanDisk Extreme 128GB/256GB (Both React Same)
Card Reader & PCI-E Card - Transcend HUB5C On InaTeck RedComets U21 (PCI-E Card) (Newest FirmWare) (Correct Slots/No Sharing)
Second Example Is Transcend ESD380C Portable SSD (1TB) (Normal - 2GB's Write Speed, On PCI-E 2.0 - Reduced To 700MB's)
Even This Reduce It To 400MB's 🤔 Weird.

It Could Be Possible, That The PCI-E Card Was Mounted On Smaller Lane 🤔 (Min X4) Or Was Shared With The Graphic Card (But This CanNot Be, Because Such Card Like RTX 3050 Dual (8GB) Doesn't Work On First X16 PCI-E And Must Be Cut Off By Half, To X8 🙄

-In The Second, Network Card
-Third, USB Card (x2 10 GBPS)
-Sixth, AnOther M2 NVME
Since I Disabled All Power Saving Trash In BIOS And Put All DIGI+ Settings To Ultra, The Issues Are Gone 😎👌
