Asus ROG CROSSHAIR VIII HERO (Wi-Fi) x570 won't POST Q-Code "06"

I am using a CPU AOI for cooling. When I had the AOI plugged into the AOI connector, I got a CPU Fan post error. So I know that the bios can run, I know that the video card does display, and memory and processor seem fine.

When I moved the CPU AOI to the CPU fan connector the post process hands on Q-Code 06 (loading micro code)

I need to get this system up and running by Friday and really need assistance in getting past this hurdle!
I have the X570 loaded with a new AMD Ryzen 7 3700X. The 16G of memory came from the other AMD motherboard.

Any assistance is badly needed! How do I get past this issue?

I'm afraid there is not a lot of support from either Asus or the community on this forum. I have the same motherboard but with a 3900x. It worked flawlessly until today. Now, I get a stop at post code 04. I can cycle the system and it will boot and run fine. I'm not sure if it is the board or CPU. It would suck if it were the CPU. I finally hit the silicone lottery only to have a defective CPU. This thing boosts all core to 4.3ghz so I'd hate to lose it.

I was doing some testing for der8auer so I wonder if I have a residual bios setting that is hanging me up. Hope u get it worked out.

in the bios, go monitor and set ignore cpu fan. viola
