ASUS Rampage IV Formula BIOS Chip issue

Hello,

I have the problem that my Bios chips didn't work correctly. The first Bios chip bringing at posting the code 00, and some LEDs getting on. The second Bios chip is rly hot and have a temperature over 100 degrees Celsius. What I have already do, was switching the bios chip, and reset it. But nothing help. Did I need to buy new Bios chips or did you have an idea for my problem?

The BIOS chip itself should be stone cold...so something is very wrong...either with the motherboard or with the temperature reading.

The hot Bios chip was in the wrong position on the socket, but I turned him, and he is always hot, also wenn i didn't start the pc.
