Asus Rampage III Black Edition and GTX Titan compatibility

I have just taken delivery of 2 Asus GTX Titans.My motherboard is the Asus Rampage III Black Edition.Unfortunately they seem to be incompatible.Just wondering it there is anyone out there that has succesfully managed to get that combination to work. Thanks in advance for any advice you might have.

what do you mean by "they seem to be incompatible"?! As far as I know, they should work just fine together...

Use the PCIe slots recommended by the manufacturer...

I'm running/burning-in new Titans on a test bench with a Rampage II Extreme board. The BIOS I got on there is from 2011. If that's compatible yours should be as well. Otherwise, try updating to the latest BIOS and/or a CMOS reset.
