Hello All, So i am having a weird issue with using Multiple Monitors using the iGPU and the RX7800XT

First off in BIOS under Advanced>System Agent Configuration>Graphics>Primary Display. No matter what setting i use (PEG, PCIE, Auto) it uses the iGPU as Primary even when iGPU Multi Monitor is turned off in BIOS. After changing the bios settings and allow the PC to reboot, Windows Boot screen an be seen on Monitor that is connected to the HDMI port on the Motherboard rather than the Actual GPU in the PCIEx16_1 Slot. When windows is Logged in, Under Display Settings/Task Manager it lists GPU 0 is the Intel HD 630(Onboard Graphics) and GPU 1 is the RX 7800 XT. This issue causes any Game from epic Games Store to render an error message stating

"There is a problem with your graphics card. Please ensure your card meets the minimum requirements and that you have the latest drivers installed."

Tried using the RX 7800 XT in PCIEX16 slot 1 and 2 and get the same results as its being the secondary GPU.

I would like to use iGPU Multi Monitor as Both Monitors uses HDMI and the RX 7800 XT has only one HDMI.

Anyone has this issue and or have figured out a solution on why this is happening?
