Asus Maximus VII Formula - "New CPU installed"-Error isn't disapearring

Hello guys!

I've make such a thread a couple of time ago, but with no conclusion!
So here again:
I can't boot up my PC like a normal PC, I can't overclock my CPU/RAM because of a Error: "New CPU Installed, please press F1 an configurate the cpu!".
I did this many times and set the settings to default - the PC restart, shutdown, start and is stuck at the same Error.
I just can boot up my PC over the Boot Menu.

Any solutions for this problem?

My system:
CPU: Intel 4790k
MB: Asus Maximus VII Formula
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Series @2400Mhz 2x4GB
PSU: Corsair RM Series 1000W
GPU: Gainward GTX 970 Phantom
SSD: Samsung Evo 840 250GB
HDD1: WD Black 3TB
HDD2: Seagate Enterprise 1TB
CPU-Cooler: Lepa Aquachanger 240mm

Hello! Is this a new build? Did you clear the CMOS?

If the problem is persistent and a Bios flash or clear CMOS does not work, then inspect the Socket pins of the MBs CPU and reapply your thermal paste, to eliminate that suspect.

Please refer to your owners manual, page 1-29. Press the red CLR_CMOS button on the board.
