ASUS Maximus VI Hero,sleep problem.

Hi ppl.I have one problem with my pc.He turn off when go to sleep.This is components Asus Maximus Hero,Asus GeForce GTX 760,i5-4670k,2x4 Gb RAM...but to be more confusing my other pc with also ASUS inside Asus P8Z77V-LX,i3-3240,4 Gb RAM works perfect no problem with sleep and just touch mouse he will wake up normaly.I try to find the problem in BIOS but i can't fix it.If some one know what causes this problem please help me?Thx in Advance.

Hello there is your system overclocked at all, what frequency is your memory running at.

What do u mean my system overclocked?If you mean on CPU,no is not overclocked.Memory is Kingston HyperX Beast 2400MHz memory is set to 2400 from BIOS.
