I am thinking of upgrading my CPU to an 4790K and while I was searching for compatibility issues I have found this post from here Must Do's for making 4790K work with Maximus VI Motherboards.
I can read the 1st post but I cannot read the instructions given on post 60 as it is given at the bottom of the 1st post. If I click the link it goes nowhere, can someone help me to read it?
Another question I have is that if after a successful BIOS downgrade to "1505" and successful 4790K CPU install, can I upgrade my BIOS to the latest motherboards one the "1603".
