Asus Maximus Restarts by itself

Everytime I shut down my computer it restarts by itself. Can anyone help me how to solve this problem?

These are the components:
Asus maximus v formula/thunderfx
asus 7850 2gb vga
16gb 2400 mhz kingston hyperbeast ram
intel i7 3770 3.40ghz quad core
corsair 800w power supply
ocz agility 3 240gb ssd

Also this problem is occured after I've changed my PC Case which has no Restart button, so that means there is no Reset led to put it on the pin.( I think that might be the problem but I am not sure about it.)

If you do a full clear CMOS does the problem remain?

And no it is not important to have a reset button connected. What it does sound like is that you might have a short between your case/psu and the motherboard. So I would check (remount) the motherboard and the case stand offs.

HiViz-couldnt this also be caused by some setting in PCH config.?

It could be indeed, but that is why a CMos clear is recommended. Default factory settings are most certainly not going to auto restart a system. And is an easy way to see if the problem is system management or not.

If possible would you please remove all the front panel headers, especially the power on and reset ones, but remove them all for now.

It sounds possible that you have a header in the wrong place. So with them all out we can test this.
