ASUS MAXIMUS IV GENE-Z WILL NOT LOAD AL SUITE II

hey everyone first time posting on this site.hope I'm in the right place to post my need for some help.

the problem I am having is I can't get the al suite II that is part of the software bundle to load.I have tried the cd,also I have downloaded from the asus download.

(1) when I installed the new Mobo ,cpu,and ram I didn't reinstall windows 7 64 bit,instead I loaded all the drivers for the motherboard and video card ,also loading intel chipset,and all the other software that was needed.every thing on the pc is running just fine,internet,all games play correctly, music,movies they all work just fine.but when it come to loading al suite II it just want load.it will ask If I want to load the software I click ok but nothing loads,a couple of boxes are put in the task bar and when you click one on .one will say something like security warning.the other is a black box just like this box I am typing in now but it has nothing in it not even a courser.

ANY HELP ON THIS WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. IF ANY OTHER INFO NEEDED JUST ASK.

Ummm, whenver you do a system upgrade, specially motherboard, you really SHOULD do a new OS install for maximum stablility and reliability and your problem pretty much confirms that

1ceTr0n thank for the reply,forgot to say in the first post that I had loaded os on a different hard drive,also loaded drivers etc.but it came up the same message on the other hard drive.thank again for your help.
