Asus maximus iv extreme-z z68 Problems :(HELP ME:)

Hello there i just got this love for two weeks ago but now i have som Srlsy Problem i need help with. Okay so the first thing is my USB 3,0 Ports wont work at all only two of them works and the rest 4-5 is broken why? The Front pannels works fine. i have everything set right in my bios etc. and when i go in to Device manger it's show its two broken USB ports with Yellow Triangle. Tried to unistall and install agian but it could not find them. The secound problem is when i start my computer i hear a littel click on my Headphone but not in movies,games,music,etc only when i start up. So guys could you please help me out here? is my motherboard broken so i need to send it back? i did flash bios to try fix it but still the same problem. God its so anoying. :mad::mad:

headphone problems. - Check and see your connectors to the motherboard are free from dirt or other stuff that could cause a problem. Check inside the connectors both the board and the header. Often the wires have small cuts where the metal of the case has worn them away. This causes problems. Check all of the cables and the connectors.

USB problems - install the latest Intel chipset drivers and the USB3 drivers from the motherboard support page.

Hello, i did as you said i open the case and checked stuff i tryed to put the motherboard abit to the usb ports and check som cables. Started the computer Works fine for now im really glad atm hope it dont go that way agian:) ANYWAY THANK you so much im so glad i dont needed to send it back><
