Asus Maximus GENE IV network problem

Abula

Im trying to sort out an issue that its not directly to asus but intel, but since Asus chose Intel I217-V as their lan card, maybe they have seen this issue or have a way to correct it,

All my computers, past GENE IV build, an Intel H61AG, and my SUPERMICRO X9SCM-F, have had intel nics in the past, and i never ever had an issue with my network, but on GENE VI, my network card, Intel I217-V, can't get to 1Gbps, only 100Mbps. If i change the auto negotiation to force the 1Gbps then the lan card cant connect to the router. I first used the drivers on Asus GENE VI page, V18.1.59.0 and now im using the newest intel 18.5.54.0, same results.

Im posting a picture of two computers connected to the same network using the same quality cat 6 cable, same length and even the old GENE IV was using the cable that the GENE VI is using and was getting 1 Gbps always, but for some reason i cant get it on newer GENE VI.

This might be the combo of my router + Intel I217-V, but it shoudlnt, i mean older intel nics dont have any issues, but the newer is not working properly. The specs of the rest of the desktop are on my signature, running BIOS 0711.

Please let me know what can i do to get the my lan card to work at gigabit speeds, its a pain to move a big file atm.
