well before i attained that I'ved been a lot of forums and googling, I found out on my chip that everytime it reach 80c its become unstable
so in the end by tweaking some voltages, ratio, nb and ht I end up on this result..
so i think you can push more frequencies as long as you monitor well your temp and as long as the cpu chip can make.
for me, I set a specific maximum temp so that i will not end up damaging my cpu so maybe 70 to 75c its safe enough for my chip.
as we all know for everyday usage like gaming, googling site, and sometimes rendering, you will not be always in full load or going to the max
temp that you set...also remember to have an adequate cooling solution for your cpu, mine is a custom loop watercooling with 1 240 rad at the
top and 1 360 rad in the front.:o
