Hi orte7e and Welcome to ROG. What exactly do you want to do? a little confusing!!!

When you turn your system on, the system goes through a post (power on self test) cycle and if all is ok, hands over to your SSD or HDD to boot to your OS.
If you want to access your Bios, just keep depressing the delete key on your keyboard during post cycle.
You also have the ability to access Bios using the DirectKey button on your MB, without having to depress the delete key on your keyboard.

On the other hand, if your system is failing to boot to your OS, you need to check your Qcode led readout on the MB and report the stop error here for analysis.
It may be just a matter of setting boot priority and configuration in your Bios. In which case access Bios and configure under Boot menu.

Hope this helps and please report back.

Hi just had my rig fixed and did some upgrading, She is working like a charm now. It was the Alienware keyboard that was causing the problem of booting into the Bios.
