ASUS Croshair 5 Formula Z corrupt BIOS or CPU?

Hi.
Yesterday my daughter spilled water on my computer case (have fan space on top, so water was spilling through there). Right away I unpluged it, put it on side, so water couldn't reach components and left for overnight.
Today I took out all components to check for water. As I could see, there were none on motherboard or in any socket. But, there was a little bit on video cards backplate (ASUS GTX 970 Strix OC). I proceeded to disassemble it from fans and backplate to check main board - no water there.
There were some water on hard drive and on cases bottom. I cleaned as much as I could.

Then I put motherboard back in case, connected basic components to test the system (CPU, RAM, Video card).

When I switched it on, it showed me, that I need to check BIOS settings (can't remember the exact words) and I had to press F1 to enter UEFI to continue. So, I checed settings, everything seemed fine and presses F10 to Save & Exit.
Then the system restarted but this time there was no post (fans and leds were working). There was a red CPU led light shining next to PSUs 24pin connector and F.F. error code. There were times when I could turn system on, but some times it did not respond.

I tried to clear CMOS with button on back (does this button had to be on all the time? Can't remember) with no results.

I tried to reflash BIOS by copying latest BIOS file on FAT32 formated flash drive connected in ROG Connect port. The ROG Connect button was blinking. Flash read/write light was blinking (which means that flash drive was accessed and being read from) and there was a red led light blinking by the BIOS chip. After about a minute, when there was no blinking, I tried to turn computer on but it did not react.

After I tried to connect my notebook to ROG Connect port. When I was checking notebooks screen when I turned computer on, the post stops at CPU Init.

So, does anyone have any ideas what could it be? Corrupt BIOS or CPU? I dont have any other CPU to test with.
Also, I was searching and found a BIOS Programmer

Would it be compatible with Formula Z BIOS chip? Physically it would fit but would I be able to program?

Thank you.

Hi.
I wanted to add, that now mobo does not react at all, when I press Start button.
Sometimes it powers up by itself, and it powers up a minute (or two) after BIOS update.

Hi.
So, today I received the CH341A programmer.
I pluged my BIOS into it and read the chip. When it was done I saved it in .bin format and opened it with FD44Editor.
FD44Editor read the BIOS correctly:
Motherboard name: CROSSHAIR-V-FORMULA-Z
BIOS date: 03/23/2015
BIOS version: 2201
ME version: Not present
GbE version: Not present
Primary LAN MAC:
DTS key: Not present
UUID:
MBSN:

But I am missing some information. As I understand, every board has its unique Primary LAN MAC, UUID and Motherboard S/N. But in my BIOS chip they are not present.
I have motherboards s/n on the box, but where do I get other info?

Here, in this video you can see BIOS recovery for maximus VII Hero:

As you can see @1,45min, he opened his backup BIOS and he had all his info present. And it is needed to flash a recovery BIOS.
