AMD slow to support Ryzen platform with quality x370 motherboards. Wholly Intolerable

I have read the list of boards that AMD posted for Ryzen from various motherboard maufacturers. Asus has only 1 pitiful B350 board listed not one x370 high end board. Both MSI, Asrock, and Gigabyte all have at least x370 board mostly 2 such boards. This is disgraceful. Asus must not have a commitment to AMD customers and enthusiasts to be so far behind in the curve. The MSI board looks to be equal to any Intel z270 board on the market I have consistently supported Asus with 2 ROG AMD motherboard purchases and one other Asus purchase. I do not know what kind of game they are playing with us now, but they badly miscalculated. Unless I see product listing for x370 Ryzen boards by the end of January I will dump Asus and never purchase from them again. I repeat this is shameful and totally unacceptable.

BAHAHAHA! PERFECT response! omg.....never though I'd get a chuckle here. Sorry for this not being a relevant post, so I'll quickly make it so. "amd mumbo jumbo", jk jk. I've been WAITING for a new performance AMD chip for years! I bit the bullet from Phenom II 1100T > 8150 > 9370......Sadly, the fastest chip was the Phenom II...... which is why I sold it on eBay for more than I paid for it years ago brand new. Weird. I never should have sold it, it was the ONLY time my windows and desktop browsers felt the snappiest....I digress.

RYZEN! I won't be given a green light to purchase one for probably a year, given the need for new everything..... I bought a ton of home automation this winter, so my portion of the spousal bull**** money is exhausted, perhaps she'll let me use her laser hair removal or possibly even boob job after children fund.....only if I'm lucky and voted husband, man, and Time's person of the year simultaneously.

I'm hype, even though I won't get hands on for a while longer....I wish I could piece meal and sell this rig, it's well worth it, but you just cannot get a return unless you're in the know. Sadly, my craigslist posts don't get attention, cept for that 1100T boy, whew.

waiting with baited breathe, regardless of outcome/performance (we already know it's a performer! 🙂

More definitely, maybe, a bit true, depending, rumours here http://wccftech.com/amd-ryzen-processor-6-core-model-700-usd-rumor/

If they can give me an OCable chip with 6900K performance I'll buy one just to keep Intel on their toes...seriously

And oh look...today they announced they will have a complete line up....surprise surprise

Yes I had just found out about the Asus announcement for ROG x 370 Crosshair VI Hero. It looks beautiful and has all the overclocking capability it needs. It took a while longer than I like to happen, but it is well worth the wait. Thank you for delivering Asus.

Depends what you want to do with it. For the time being most games would be fine with 4 cores and that probably won't change in the next few years. Media production software will either benefit from many CPU threads or GPU acceleration, depending on the software.

That's a nice CPU range. Attacking Intel from all directions. Brilliant.
I'd like to deploy my troops in her country.

Wait a minute. This table suggests several similarly configured Ryzen CPU's competing with Intel...as well as each other. Same number of cores/threads and same clock speeds.

This is rather counterproductive. What am I missing, here?

I want to think that "Competing Intel chip" is in price and not performance, buuuut idn. I can not believe that 6 cores/12 ZEN threads can not win 4/8 threads of intel in performance.

Fake news.
