AMD Chipset Software Installer does not work

I downloaded the latest version (AMD Chipset driver 3.10.22.706 For Windows 10/11 64-bit.) for my ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING, nothing happens when I click the button "Install". No error messages, no actions.

I had a problem during installation, manually looked at the log and no solution worked. In the end, after some time, I decided to run C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\Chipset_Software\AMD_Chipset_Drivers.exe and was asked to install the driver, I agreed and rebooted. After that I executed the .exe file again and uninstalled everything. Then I ran AMD_Chipset_Software.exe (which I downloaded from the AMD website) and everything installed without any problems.
